How it all began.
On October 4, 2016, Gapture CEO Stanley Chee met up with LW Digital CEO Jeffry Chan over lunch to pass him some exquisite candies from Kazakhstan. Throughout the meal, they shared their frustrations on the lack of visibility on the progress of the sales leads that they have generated for their clients.
They realised there was no solution in the market that could route an incoming lead to only salesperson who is available to attend to the lead immediately and track the actual action performed by the salesperson who has accepted the lead. It was then, in an unassuming Japanese restaurant, that the idea and the name of SalesCandy was born.
