6 New SalesCandy App Features in v3.0 That Will Enhance Your Sales Productivity

After our last blog post on our new manager portal features in v3, we have also implemented 6 new features that will make your SalesCandy mobile app’s experience more convenient - take action on your lead faster with quick actions shortcut, be aware of the time lost on the lead with lead timer, scrollable tab in lead screen and other features. 1. Revamped Main Screen

We have changed the whole interface of the main lead management screen: bookmark important leads and set up your view to see only bookmarked leads only. Moreover, you are now able to view the leads list categorized under overdue, today and upcoming blocks to be always on track with your leads.

2. Quick Actions Shortcut 

Now for easier lead follow-up, you can now swipe left on your lead to take quick-action on the lead: call, send a message, or to take any other action tags that you may need. 

If you swipe right, you will be able to snooze an overdue follow up or set a reminder for the next follow up.

3. Meetup Actions in A Click

For taking quick actions on meetups, we have now separated Meetup Action Tags from Other actions so you can log your physical meetings in a few clicks. Now when you are on the go, you can focus more on engaging with customers.

4. Scrollable Tab 

Taking feedback on the scroll-ability of our lead screen, you are now able to scroll the tab within the lead screen and access all the information in a click.

 
 

5. Search & Create New Lead 

You can create leads manually and work with it in the same way with any other inbound lead. Swipe right on the main screen and click on the tab “search/create a lead”. If the contact or name that you have searched is not available, click the purple “+” button on the bottom right corner to create a new lead using the name you searched instantly.

 
 

6. Lead Timer

In the updated mobile app, when you accept a new lead, the mobile app will count the time until the first action taken. Don’t let it turn cold -  you have 8x higher chance of securing the meeting if the lead is attended to within the first 15 mins of submission.
